 Craig
Fletcher, E-Strategy Consultant & Principal
Since 1995 Craig has worked at Director level for several Internet
businesses, including setting up Gloucestershire's first ISP. He
is particularly experienced in advising on how businesses can exploit
new technology and implementing innovative virtual business solutions
for companies and organisations. Craig comes originally from a construction
industry background where he designed and project managed large
commercial and industrial projects as a Chartered Architect. He
ran his own architectural practice until 2000. Craig is also a director
of Steelweb Ltd, one of
the UK's leading steel industry portals and Tewkesbury
Online Ltd. Previous business experience includes CFCV, a 3D
design, modelling and animation bureau for the construction industry.

 John
Darrock, Business Development Consultant
John brings extensive business development and marketing experience
gained within senior management roles within leading PLCs within
the construction Industry before turning his attention to marketing
consultancy and business strategy. During his time with the RMC
Group John led sales and marketing teams and used his in depth strategic
and planning skills to develop innovative and profitable product
and service solutions. Practical new business development advice
is John's speciality and he has helped companies in many sectors
improve their performance.

 Ian
Wallace, Project Manager
Ian comes from an IT background within the insurance industry. At
Zurich Insurance, he was project manager of their general business
intranet development. He has experience of solving large company's
IT issues, for example standardising processes and functionality between
merged businesses, rolling out the Prince2 methodology across multiple
sites and design and implementation of a cross-site fault logging
system. He also has experience of managing a PC support and development
team for over 200 staff. A further string to his bow is his Postgraduate
Certificate in Education. |

Bidgood, Business Change Consultant
Tony is an experienced change manager, process consultant and
facilitator who has been involved in transforming businesses of
all kinds at all levels of operation. Through his company, Coherent,
he helps 'unblock' business performance, simplifying day-to-day
activities and focusing attention on the important issues. He has
significant international experience and has worked in many business
sectors. Built environment-related background includes several years
as a town planner, and assignments with architects and landscape
architects.
